Info from Licensor: "There was a semi that came through town and drove over a railroad track crossing. It appeared that the rough crossing caused the heavily loaded semi's trailer to fail and give way to the stresses placed on the road from that movement. The load was then spilled onto the roadway and disabled the semi."
