Impeachment war Congress' 10 point attack; should dissenting judges be heard

Is the Congress divided on the issue of the impeachment of Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra? Senior Congress leader and former Law Minister Salman Khurshid has indicated he might not have been one of the 64 opposition signatories to a notice of impeachment presented to vice president Venkaiah Naidu yesterday. In his interview to NewsX, he said that he wasn't consulted. As many as 64 Parliamentarians belonging to7 political parties signed the notice for impeachment proceedings against Misra.
