“Somehow, the officer couldn’t tell the man dressed as a railroad worker was a railroad worker. So he began a cussing match with the man, allegedly physically assaulted him, and threatened to tase him. But when the worker tried to file a complaint, Walnut Ridge Police Department wrote the worker two citations. The citations were dismissed and the guy in the video is suing the city.”
