The We're All Mad" Here cocktail is inspired by "Alice in Wonderland." It changes colors. And an enhancer makes it change flavors. It's made with apple saffron rosewater, lemon juice, chardonnay cardamom ginger syrup, lychee liqueur and St. Germain. It's served with a bottle of butterfly pea blossom-infused gin. When you mix them, it changes from dark blue to light pink. The pineapple is infused with the essence of a buzz button and it makes your tongue tingle and "taste" different flavors.
