We would definitely recommend Certainty Home Inspections to friends and family. Courteous employees, great communication throughout the entire process, and everything was completed quickly. The report was above and beyond what we expected. It had several needed repairs listed that we weren't aware of prior to the inspection. This allowed us to request additional repairs that may have cost us a large amount of money down the road. Our inspector was early on his arrival and he was very understanding of our two children scurrying around him. Great customer service!
