Days after Union Minister Smriti Irani’s Amethi visit, Congress President Rahul Gandhi is on a 3 day visit to his home constituency Amethi. But it was his interaction with some school students yesterday that has triggered a controversy. During his interaction with school children in Amethi, one of the girl students asked why aren't laws implemented properly in villages. Rahul Gandhi responded sarcastically, ask Modiji about this. He added that it is not my government that's running the county and that I should be asked this question when Congress comes to power.
