How to add custom tab in a facebook page

In this video I am trying to explain the easiest way by which we can add a custom tab in Facebook page. For this I have created a Google App engine project and then added that page as a facebook application. \r

And by using Facebook URL method I was able to add that application as a Facebook Tab.
