Starbucks apologized after some backlash from a recent viral video.

Police were seen arresting 2 black men at a store in Philadelphia store.

But bystanders insisted that the men "didn't do anything."

As officers handcuffed the men, a customer kept asking "What did they do?"

Someone else replied, "They didn't do anything. I saw the entire thing."

Starbucks' statement said the company plans to review its policies so something like this doesn't happen again.
