Ingredients: 3 & 1/2 lbs frozen okra. 2 lbs beef, 4 blue crabs, 1lbs cow feet (optional) 1/2 lbs habaneros peppers, 1/2 lbs shrimps, 1/2 lbs smoke cat fish, 16 oz palm oil, 2 white onions, 1 small piece of dry fish, few pieces of dry seashells, 4 bouillons cubes, salt & water.\r

Serving: 12-15 people\r
It took 4 hours to cook.\r
