কাবাব মসলা রেসিপি
সামনেই বৈশাখ।আর বৈশাখ মানেই তো নানা রকম দেশীয় খাবারের মেলা।আর সেই খাবারের সমারোহ থেকে ইহান ফুড ব্যাংক ও কিন্তু বাদ যাবেনা।আগামী এপ্রিল এর ১ তারিখ থেকে ১৪ তারিখ পর্যন্ত আপনাদের জন্য থাকছে ১৪ টি খুবই চেনা কিন্তু কালক্রমে হারিয়ে যাওয়া খাবারের রেসিপি।আশা করছি আপনারা আমার সাথেই থাকবেন আর এই ১৪ টি বৈশাখী চমক গুলু উপভোগ করবেন।তবে আজ আপনাদের জন্য যে রেসিপি টি নিয়ে এসেছি তা হচ্ছে খুবই প্রয়োজনীয় একটি মশলা- কাবাব মশলা রেসিপি।
উপকরনঃ
১। জয়ত্রি ২ টি
২। জায়ফল ১ টি
৩। কালো এলাচ ৩ টি
৪। এলাচ ১২ টি
৫। সাদা গোল মরিচ ১ চা চামচ
৬। শাহি জিরা ১ চা চামচ
৭। জিরা ১ চা চামচ
৮। শুকনা মরিচ ৩ টি
৯। দারচিনি ৩ টি

2. Nutmeg 1 piece
3. Black cardamom 3 piece
4. cardamom 12 piece
5. White pepper 1 teaspoon
6. Shahi cumin 1 teaspoon
7. cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
8. Dry pepper 3 piece
9. Cinnamon 3
