The ceremony commemorating the 99th anniversary of the Korean Provisional Government,... was held this morning at the Kim Koo Museum and Library in Seoul's Yongsan-gu district.
Around a thousand people took part in the event, including political leaders, independence patriots and regular citizens.
Speaking at the ceremony,... Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon said that starting next year,... the date of the anniversary will be re-designated to April 11th, instead of April 13th.
Historians have long asserted that the cabinet was formed on April 11th 1919,... and it was merely 'declared' on the 13th.
