These are the first singles the rapper had dropped since early 2017 and the her first new ones off an album since 2014. Minaj also teased her new album during an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1. This is the best album I’ve ever, ever, ever in my life created. She also said that the album has only been in the works since December and that she wanted to drop the whole album at once but her label changed her mind.
