Chennai Massive traffic diversion ahead of PM Modi visit; black flag hoisted at Karunanidhi & Stalin's house

Ahead on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Chennai, massive traffic diversions have been put in place in the city. The Madhyakailash to Raj Bhavan Road, also called the Sardar Patel Road will be completely out of bound between 11 AM to 2:30 PM. From Kotturpuram towards Cancer Institute is also being blocked. Meanwhile, black flags are seen being hoisted at Karunanidhi and MK Stalin's residences in wake of the Cauvery protests and PM Modi's visit.
