After BJP, now CPI(M) files petition in Supreme Court challenging Poll Panel's decision to recall its order which extended the deadline to file nomination for West Bengal Panchayat Polls.. The advocate for CPI() claimed that the poll body, disregarding a Supreme Court order of April 9 to ensure fair elections in the State, acted in favour of the ruling Trinamool Congress party by withdrawing the order.
