Funds still attracted by China's potential

Vanguard has been slower than its rivals to launch an exchange traded fund in Asia, but according to the chairman and chief executive of the world's largest mutual fund company William McNabb, the company plans to disrupt the market by competing hard on costs. He talks to the FT's Josh Noble about the prospects for growth and the difficulties of doing business in China.
