China foreign minister condemns Abe

Wang Yi, China's foreign minister, has rejected remarks by Shinzo Abe, Japan's prime minister, comparing tensions between the two countries to rivalry between Germany and Britain before the first world war. Gideon Rachman, chief foreign affairs commentator, says delegates will leave the World Economic Forum in Davos worried about China-Japan relations.
