Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's reforms have reignited investor interest in Japan and caused a spectacular rise in the stock market. But for Japanese people who do not own stocks or live and work in Tokyo, the effects are more prosaic -- a future of rising prices and uncertain benefits. Ben McLannahan reports.
