Bidding farewell to Thatcher

Thousands of people lined the streets of central London to pay their respects at the funeral of Margaret Thatcher. The service at St Paul's Cathedral was attended by international dignitaries and politicians. The FT's James Pickford says that despite sporadic protests, most in attendance were well-wishers.
