Japan lawmaker calls for stronger corporate governance

In the wake of the recent insider trading investigations, some Japanese politicians are calling for stronger corporate governance and clearer laws by country's financial regulators. Michiyo Nakamoto talks to Tsutomu Okubo, Member of the House of Councillors (DPJ) and senior director of the Committee on Financial Affairs, about what is needed to prevent similar insider trading rings.
