Mint and Imli ki Green Chutney|Pudina khatti meethi chutney |पुदीना की खट्टी मीठी चटनी by UrduRecipe
Learn how to make simple yet delicious Green Chutney of Mint and Tamarind (Imli) is one of the all time favorites amongst Chutneys (dips). It is a blend of tamarind, mint, coriander, green chilies, cumin, salt and jaggery. This green chutney is serve with all types of BBQ, kababs, fried snacks, fish or chicken, chaat & pakoras etc.


INGREDIENTS:

*Mint Leaves (1 cup)
*Tamarind Pulp (1 cup) (seedless)
*Coriander Leaves (1/4 cup)
*Garlic (2)
*Green Chillies (2)
*Cumin (2 tsp) (roasted)
*Salt (1/4 tsp)
*Jaggery (2 tbsp)

METHOD:

1.Take a blender, All ingredients put in a blender and make a smooth paste.
2.Mint & tamarind chutney (dip) is ready to Serve with BBQ OR Kababs OR Lentils OR Vegetables OR Fried snacks etc.
