Scott Disick and Sofia Richie are reportedly enjoying a sunny vacation in Cabo San Lucas with Scott's children.



Scott has Mason, Penelope and Reign with his ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, and he's reportedly whisked them away to spend some time with his girlfriend, model Sofia Richie.



A source revealed party boy Scott flew them all by private jet and they are now having fun in the sun.

Their trip away comes after Sofia shared a photo of herself and Scott stood outside a private plane.



After trying to keep up with the Kardashian’s, maybe some sun is exactly what Scott needs.
