According to a report by Reuters, US President Donald Trump announced that he has signed Congress' massive 1.3 trillion-dollar spending bill into law, a move which would fund the government through September thirtieth and also avoid a government shutdown just hours before the deadline. Hours before signing the bill, Trump had threatened to veto the measure, which includes a large increase to military and non-defense spending.
