May welcomes EU steel and aluminium tariffs exemption

Theresa May has said she is "pleased" the United States has agreed a temporary exemption from import tariffs for EU steel and aluminium. Arriving at a summit in Brussels, Mrs May also welcomed EU leaders agreeing with the UK Government assessment that it is "highly likely" Russia was behind the chemical weapons attack in Salisbury.
