Outgoing Secretary of State Rex Tillerson seemed to have taken a swipe at Donald Trump in his farewell remarks on Thursday. The former ExxonMobil CEO asked the crowd to undertake an act of kindness each day towards another. He remarked that Washington DC can be a “mean spirited” town. Tillerson also said to guard your personal integrity as the most precious thing you possess. Many have said that Tillerson was treated shabbily in the White House.
