Ozzy Osbourne Suing Venue Owners AEG

The Ozzy Man cometh and he’s bringing lawyers. The legendary metal vocalist Ozzy Osbourne is suing concert promoters and venue owners AEG for alleged “anticompetitive conduct”.
Ozzy was planning to perform at the O2 Arena in London in February 2019, but the venue owners allegedly said his UK promoter could only book the gig if Ozzy also performed in the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy’s wife and business manager, said AEG “strong-arm” artists into agreeing such deals and now they want a judge to invalidate the contract and are seeking other artists to join as plaintiffs in a potential class action suit.
AEG Presents Chairman and CEO, Jay Marciano, said the suit is “without merit” and they will “vigorously fight it”.
Let’s just hope Ozzy doesn’t end up biting someone’s head off.
