Good afternoon. Expect a jump in temperatures today, Tokyo and Beijing will notice lower single digit morning lows jumping to the upper teens, while Seoul will have milder highs this afternoon.

It was another winter-like morning, but it will feel more like spring this afternoon,... but it's better to dress warmly until the warm weather starts this weekend.

Checking on today's highs, skies will get sunnier as the day goes on and Seoul will get up to 11 degrees, Daegu and Gwangju will reach 12 degrees. Fine dust levels could get quite high in the late hours.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

Many parts of South Korea will notice much milder highs in the afternoon under brighter skies, while most parts of North Korea will also notice similar or slightly higher readings than Wednesday.

As for the rest of Asia, New Delhi will see the mercury rising next week, bringing the first major heat wave for several cities across India later in the week

Meanwhile, Perth and Melbourne will be under mostly sunny skies with warm highs.

Heading to North America, Vancouver's forecast for Thursday says winter isn't ready to go away just yet. The sky will be mostly cloudy with chances of rain throughout the day

As for South America, Santiago and Buenos Aires will be under sunny skies with highs of 27 and 24.

Taking you to Europe,... the region saw a spike in extreme weather over past 5 years, as the climate changes. Sources say, extreme heat waves and crop-damaging droughts have doubled since 1980.

Lastly to Africa, Tripoli and Cape Town will have windy Thursday.
