Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue announced this week that he is taking a leave of absence from the NBA team to focus on his health. Lue's exact health issues are not known, but he recently revealed he was suffering from chest pains and had difficulty sleeping. Lue added in a statement this week, "Despite a battery of tests, there have been no conclusions as to what the exact issue is." Assistant coach Larry Drew is expected to take over for Lue while he is away.
