Get an up close and personal look at an elk as it licks a man’s camera at a drive-through safari in Quebec, Canada.

The elk — also known as “wapiti” by Native Americans, according to The New York Times — ate a carrot from a man’s mouth, licked his face and then eventually licked the camera he was holding on March 12.

“We took a day trip to Parc Omega in Quebec,” the filmer explained. “They have wapiti that roam free and that you are allowed to feed. I had a moment with this sweet-smelling wapiti who just seemed to love kisses.”
