Homemade DIY Power Bank using 18650 (lithium ion ) Battery This is a power bank you can easily made at your home. If you have old laptop battery, open it safely and you can make a powerful power bank at your home. The modules are really cheap. (cauntion - if you are sure about opening laptop battery then only go for it because 18650 may explode badly causing harm) If you find more batteries then it is highly recommended to use them. One battery is sufficient to charge a mobile once as mentioned earlier. But more batteries (at least 2) will give you much fast charging than single. I had made this power bank at home. I had tested it fully. Using one battery it can charge a mobile(less than 2200 mAh) fully. As said at the end of , if your mobile is not charging then add resistor. In that case mobile is designed to detect charging device by checking resistor values. So we need resistor. #homemade #18650 #lithium #power #bank
