Yet another incident of VIP brat hooliganism. No end to the brazenness of politicians and their brats. Former Congress Corporator son and his aide's assault staff of a bar with lethal weapons. The attack allegedly took place as the staff refused to provide them liquor as the shop was shut. They have barged into the shop the next day with knives and machetes and attacked the staff. The incident took place in Hubli, Karnataka. The man in the question is Vijay Bijwad son of former corporator Durgappa Bijwad. Cops have registered a case in this regard.
