My friend Hugo Harrison taught me how to make Sourdough Bread. Its a bit of a labour of love but well worth the effort. \r

Ingredients\r
1080 grams of Strong White Bread Flour\r
649g tepid water\r
22 grams salt - you can use half this if you like as the Sourdough has allot of flavour\r
250 grams Sour Dough Starter
