Trump-Stormy Daniels Case Heading to Federal Court?

Attorneys defending Donald Trump and the president's personal legal counsel, Michael Cohen, have filed to move a lawsuit against their clients by former adult film star Stormy Daniels to federal court. Trump's lawyers are claiming Daniels could owe as much as $20 million for violating a nondisclosure agreement. Attorney Charles Harder, best known for representing Hulk Hogan in his lawsuit against Gawker, is now handling the case on Trump's behalf.
