The doyens which is an initiative by the hindu group in recognition of contribution to the healthcare industry felicitated 21 people from the public and private healthcare sector in a grand event in chennai..
Governor of Tamil Nadu N Banwarilal Purohit was the chief guest and also presented awards at the event. Among other dignitaries were former West Bengal governor Gopalakrishna Gandhi, Health Minister C. Vijaya baskar, principal health secretary Radhakrishnan, and Hindu group chairman N. Ram.
The unique event witnessed felicitation of various players in the healthcare industry for playing an important role in bringing the state to its current level of performance on various global healthcare parameters.
