On Wednesday Nikki Haley sent shock waves through the halls of the U.N. taking a position on behalf of the U.S. regarding the recent attack in Britain on a former Russian Double agent and his daughter. "The United States believes that Russia is responsible for the attack on two people in the United Kingdom using a military-grade nerve agent," Haley told a Security Council meeting. During her speech Haley strongly encouraged the U.N. Security Council to take action.
