Chocolate Truffles Tutorial - Gem Ombre Truffles

In this video tutorial, I demonstrate how to make pink and teal ombre chocolates, decorated with gold leaf and edible printed polka dot butterflies (which can be purchased from me, just leave me a message at shop@rosiesdessertspot.com). I have used compound chocolate in this tutorial, meaning there wont need to be any tempering of the chocolate. I purchased my gold leaf from a supplier in Melbourne, but it is readily available online as well. \r
