This workout is great to do at the beach because the sand is really going to add resistance to your movements. It makes everything a little more challenging. I added ankle weights for even more resistance when doing legs lifts and stairs. Its always fun when you can leave the gym and go outdoors. I am lucky enough to live by the beach so I can incorporate more outdoor ivities. Dont be afraid to get creative! I will be starting to load for gym workouts too for all of you who want to see my gym routines.\r
