A few days ago, Jesse and I had a unique opportunity - to butcher our very first chickens. Because we know that opportunities like this arent always available, we decided to say yes. Its been a goal of ours to become self-sufficient on a high level and this includes being responsible for our own meat whether its hunting or raising our own. This isnt a how-to video, but we wanted to document our experience for those that want to know what it was like for first-timers. \r
