4位から出たアン・ソンジュ（韓国）が7バーディ、1ボギーの「66」でプレーし、通算7アンダーで首位に浮上。2014年の「大王製紙エリエールレディスオープン」以来の優勝を目指す横峯さくらは5バーディ、2ボギーの「69」。通算5アンダーの2位で最終日に臨む。
2年連続の賞金女王を目指す鈴木愛は1イーグル3バーディ、1ボギーの「68」。通算4アンダーで3位に申ジエ（韓国）、テレサ・ルー（台湾）とともに3位とした。
通算3アンダーの6位に川岸史果、小野祐夢、松田鈴英、木戸愛。初日首位の佐伯三貴は「75」と崩れて22位に後退した。2年ぶり3度目の賞金女王を目指すイ・ボミ（韓国）は通算2オーバーの35位で決勝に進む。
