UNLV will not release audit of dentist reusing used single-use implant pieces

A UNLV dentist reused a single-use implant piece on multiple patients. The reuse of a healing abutment might increase the failure of a dental implant. The dentist who reused the abutments, Dr. Phillip Devore, resigned. UNLV promised an audit of the matter and spent more than $366,000. But the school is refusing to release the report citing attorney client privilege. Regent Trevor Hayes
