Judge Matsumoto found the losses from his crimes to total $10.4 million and ordered Shkreli to forfeit $7.4 million. He was also notoriously known for jacking up the price of a life-saving anti parasite drug by 5,000 percent. Shkreli has been locked up in a federal Brooklyn jail since September after judge Matsumoto revoked his $5 million bond.
