Sabudana/ tapioca pearls-150 gm\r
(Soak it in normal water for 4-5 hours)\r
Boiled potato-4\r
Roasted peanuts powder-50 gm\r
(roast it for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame and \r
then coarsely grind it)\r
Grated ginger-2 inch\r
Green chilli(chopped)-3 \r
Lemon juice-2 tbsp\r
Coriander leaves(chopped)-1/3 cup\r
Cooking oil for frying\r
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp\r
Black salt/rock salt(sendha/kala namak) as per taste\r
