British Huskies finally got their chance to run in snow last weekend.

While much of the country may still be recovering from the Beast from the East and girding for the Pest from the West, last weekend at the British Huskies racing Championship teams were saddened to see the snow disappear. They could finally race their dogs in conditions that the husky breed is adapted for.

Although the snow was on the ground the mushers did not opt for a sledge but remained with their trusted trikes in this last meeting of the British Siberian Husky Dog Racing Season.

The footage was captured on March 4.
