How much should I eat? What does a portion or serving size ually look like? How many calories are in each serving?\r
Ill be showing you a serving size from 4 different food groups: carbs, protein, fruits & vege and dairy, using common food which can be found anywhere.\r

You will also know how many servings you need a day from each category whether your goal is to lose weight, maintain or put on.\r
Ill also give you a rough indication of how many calories is in each serving and what Ill roughly consume in a day (remember I dont eat the same food everyday. =p)\r
