Trains Derails in Wilmington as Severe Winter Weather Brings Transport Chaos

A Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) train derailed in Wilmington on Thursday, March 8, according to Wilmington Police. Passengers were evacuated safely, police said.The train was travelling on the Lowell line when it derailed. The derailment came amid heavy snowfall and severe weather conditions in the area.
