A grand jury in Florida has indicted Nikolas Cruz on 17 counts of first-degree murder.
The 19-year-old stands accused of killing 17 students and staff at a high school he once attended on February 14th.
According to the grand jury, Cruz has been charged with 17 counts of premeditated first-degree murder and 17 counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Cruz confessed to authorities following the shooting, and has agreed to plead guilty if prosecutors agree to avoid the death penalty.
