Wall Street Slips After Cohn Resignation

Wall Street's top indexes all weathered losses a day after White House economic adviser Gary Cohn resigned.
Amid concerns that President Donald Trump is earnest about inciting a trade war with steep tariffs on imported steel and aluminium, the Dow Jones fell 300-points on March 7th.
But the Dow has recovered heading into afternoon trading.
It's down 246-points on the day, at 24,637.
The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite are also down, but to a lesser degree.
