A second late winter storm is slamming the East Coast, threatening residents with power outages and grounding aircraft.
At least 48 million people between Maine and Maryland are in the path of another nor'easter, after weathering a similar storm last week.
The latest storm has already led to thousands of cancelled flights across the region.
Roads leading into major cities like Philadelphia, New York and Boston have also been impacted by heavy snowfall.
