Boiled shine of beef:\r
500g shin of beef\r
1 small sized onion\r
A pinch of: mixed herbs, curry powder, garlic powder, turmeric, ginger powder, all purpose seasoning & sea salt\r
1 knorr cubes\r
\r
Pepper sauce:\r
1 cooking spoon sunflower oil (flavoured with the fried meat)\r
1 cooking spoon of finely chopped pepper (1/2 sweet pepper & 1 scotch bonnet)\r
1 tbsp meat liquid stock\r
A pinch of: curry powder, mixed herbs & all purpose seasoning\r
1 tbsp boiled onion, boiled with the shin of beef (optional)\r

Garnished with:\r
Diced mixed bell peppers ( 1 red, 1 green & 1 yellow)\r
