hot glue gun/glue sticks\r
Black headband\r
Polka Dotted fabric\r

Skirt - \r
1 yard of polka dotted fabric (Joanns)\r
3/4 inch elastic (cut 4inches shorter then your waist)\r
No Sew fabric glue (Joanns)\r
Safety pin \r
Sizzors\r
