Hey everybody!! For this food challenge Im at the The Horseshoe Lounge and Restaurant in Collinsville, Illinois. Ill be taking on their huge 5.5 lb Horseshoe Challenge which was loaded with fries, cheese, and meaty chili!! I was trying to become only the second person to finish it!!\r

Horseshoe Lounges 5.5lb Horseshoe Challenge ($28):\r
\r
There are four giant 3/4 lb burger patties served on top of 4 thick slices of Texas toast. They cover the burgers with 1.5 lbs of french fries and 18 oz of Monterey Jack melted cheese. Then they add 12 oz of delicious chili and serve it on a round pizza tray. Challengers have only 30 minutes to finish everything. Winners receive their meal free and they also get their picture posted up on the restaurants Wall Of Fame.\r
